At the burons
Definition :
Small stone houses covered with slate or flagstones, located on high-altitude pastures in Auvergne, the burons welcomed the farmers of the valley during the summer grazing season.
They served as shelters for the buronniers and allowed them to transform the milk into cheese on site (here, in the Monts Dores, into the famous Saint Nectaire).

Facing the meadow, it opens onto a terrace with breathtaking views of the Sancy.
Bathed in light, the living room offers all the necessary comforts for lunch or relaxation.

A space designed for moments of sharing around the table.

All the bedrooms are located upstairs. Exposed beams and mountain views add to the charm of these sleeping areas. Only the huts 1 and 2 offer panoramic views from the Capucin (pictured) and Sancy rooms, thanks to two large fixed windows.

Reservations
We accept stays of at least 2 nights.
During school holidays, bookings are only made on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday : minimum 7 nights.
Arrivals and departures are possible on Friday, Saturday or Sunday depending on our availability.
The price mentioned is excluding tourist tax (rate in effect 1/1/26 - €1.49/night/adult).
Weekly rates: from €770 to €1530 depending on the season.
Short stay rates: 2 nights from €484 to €798 depending on the season / 3 nights from €578 to €953 / 4 nights from €660 to €1088
We offer a preferential rate for spa stays (3 weeks): from €1500 (low season)
One pet is allowed per ground-floor apartment (the upper floor comprises the bedrooms and bathroom). A fee of €50 will be charged. See our pet policy.
Arrivals are from 4pm, departures at 10am maximum.
In winter, in case of heavy snowfall, your vehicle will be parked at the top of the site, access to the burons will be on foot.
